| Dr. Arnoldo
Krumm-Heller (1876 -1949) was born in Germany, but traveled to South
America in the early 1880ies. On a travel to France around 1900 he met
Gerard Encausse. In 1908 he attended the Congres Spiritualiste in
Paris and was authorized to set up work with Martinism, Rosicrusianism
and Gnostic Church work in Latin America. Through Theodor Reuss he was
also a representative of the O.T.O. for Latin America.
Before World War I Krumm-Heller founded the Fraternitas Rosicusiana Antiqua. In the 1920ies and 1930ies Krumm-Heller lived in Berlin and was in contact with people like Rudolf Steiner, Aleister Crowley and C. W. Leadbeater. Krumm-Heller was very interested in the native Mayan and Inca traditions and at one time used the name d'Eglise of Tau Huirarchoca.

1. Arnoldo Krumm-Heller - Krumm-Heller was an O.T.O. representative in Latin America and the founder of F.R.A. He was consecrated a bishop by Constant Chevillion in 1939. Chevillion succeeded Bricaud as head of the Martinist Order and also held consecrations from Giraud dating back to 1936.

4. Jorge Enrique Rodriguez Villa - (Tau Johannes XXIII) Rodriguez founded churches in Columbia and maintained a church in Chicago, USA. He incorporated the Iglesia Catholica Orthodoxa Apostolica in the state of Illinois, which presumably functioned on Old Catholic lines and was non-gnostic.
5. Michael Paul Bertiaux - Tau Ogdoade Orfeo IV. Born January 18, 1935. Patriarch of the Ecclesia Gnostica Spiritualis, head of the Neo-Pythagorean Church of Illinois, Honorary Arch-Bishop of the Neo-Luciferian Church. In 2001 he consecrated:
